Returns Policy
Online Jewellery Purchases
As a service to our customers, we offer a 15 days inspection period for jewellery item(s) purchased online via our website. The 15 days period begins when the parcel is delivered from the shipping courier. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds may incur a restocking fee of 9%. No restocking fee for exchanges. Items purchased at sale, discounted, or negotiated price are not eligible for refunds. Returns will not be accepted after the inspection period.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition as it was sent to you with sales tag attached. Any alterations and/or modifications to the tag(s) may not be accepted or incur a restocking fee. If item(s) show signs of wear from usage, it will not be accepted. Item(s) must be in its original packaging, tax invoice and other documentations (if any), sent with the parcel must also be returned together.
Online Gemstones Purchases
We believe that all our customers should be able to inspect our gemstones in-person, and as such, we offer 5 days inspection period for all gemstones purchased online via our website. The 5 days period begins when the parcel is delivered from the shipping courier. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds may incur a restocking fee of 9%. No restocking fee for exchanges. Returns will not be accepted after the inspection period.
All gemstones must be in their original condition and returned with the packaging it came in. Gemstones will not be accepted for a refund if they have been, set, scratched, chipped, fractured, weigh differently, damaged or have been altered in any way.
In-Store Jewellery Purchases
Jewellery item(s) purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 3 days of the purchase date unless prior arrangements have been made. Any custom design or custom made order items are not eligible for returns. Item(s) must be in their original unworn condition without any damage, modifications, or alterations.
In-store Gemstone Purchases
Gemstones purchased in-store are not eligible for returns. There are exceptions under special circumstances.
Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order by telephone or email before it's shipped excluding custom order. Any custom design or custom made orders cannot be canceled once a deposit has been paid or manufacturing has begun. Cancelling an order will incur a cancellation fee of 7% of the total order value. The cancellation fee covers any non-refundable transaction fees charge by our payment processors. The order total less the cancellation fee will be credited back through to the original payment method within 3 business days of the request.
Exchange
All purchases are eligible for an exchange subject to our returns policy. Exchange orders are not eligible for free shipping. Any subsequent shipping costs incurred during the exchange process will be the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fee dose not apply to exchanges.
All Returns
All returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned parcel. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Appropriate return packaging, return shipping costs including insurance fees and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. All refunds will be credited the same method payment was made on purchase. Any custom design or custom made order items are not eligible for returns. All returns without a return authorisation from us, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
Store Credit
You may choose to return an order excluding any custom design orders for store credit within the inspection period. No restocking fee will be applied. Our store credit does not expire and can be used towards purchasing any items at our store.
