Shipping Policy
Free Express Shipping
Complementary express shipping is included with orders over $200AUD. There are no limits on the number of items in each order. As long as the total value of the order is over $200, your order will ship free and fast anywhere in the world. Alternative shipping methods are calculated at checkout.
Fast Dispatch
Orders received will generally be dispatched within 1 business day. Any orders received after 1pm AEST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. All products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia through Australia Post, FedEx, or DHL with tracking provided.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Free shipping to Australian addresses are sent through Australia Post Express or DHL Express services. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we charge a flat-rate of $21 for Australia Post and $23 for DHL Express.
International Shipping Rates
Free shipping to international addresses are sent through DHL Express service. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, your rate will be calculated based on the delivery address at checkout. Typically the rate is about $35.
Customs Duties and Tax
International customers, please take note that any import duty and or tax collected by the local customs agency is the responsibility of the receiver. International shipping regulations require us to declare the value of each parcel. Shipments are categorised as personal or commercial (for our business customers). A typical order with personal-use items rarely gets taxed but sometimes import taxes and or duties maybe charged by the local customs.
Delivery Guarantee
For your protection, we offer a complementary delivery guarantee for all our shipments. This means that if an order sent from us had been deemed lost by the courier, we would provide you with store credit to the full amount of the order. This provides an extra layer of protection for our customers without any additional shipping insurance costs. Should you choose to purchase shipping insurance, our delivery guarantee will no longer apply.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included with free shipping or any of the shipping methods available at checkout. Rest-assured, your order is protected by our Delivery Guarantee. Insurance can be arrange at an additional cost based on the value of the parcel, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Lost in Transit
In an unfortunate event where an order sent from us hasn't arrived within a reasonable amount of time, we would first lodge an investigation with the courier used. If it has been deemed lost in transit by the courier, we will compensate you as per our Delivery Guarantee. If the order was purchased with shipping insurance, the insured amount of the parcel will be compensated once the claim has been approved by the insurer.
