The 15 days period begins when the parcel is delivered from our shipping courier. Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 days to major cities around the world with FedEx International Priority service, i.e., USA and Canada typically 3-5 days, UK typically 4-6 days, Singapore and Malaysia typically 3-5 days, EU Countries typically 4-7 days.
