As a service to our customers, we offer a 15 days inspection period for jewellery item(s) purchased online via our website. The 15 days period begins when the parcel is delivered from our shipping courier. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Jade Bangle Sizing
A Jade Bangle is a rigid piece of jewellery and will not mould around your hand. If the size is too narrow to fit over your knuckles, it will not fit. Caring for your Natural Untreated Jade Bangle is easy. Treat it like an extension of your body. They are tough in nature and can be worn on a daily basis. They can be taken in to chlorinated swimming pools and into hot bath without any problems of colour fading or damaging its appearance.
Quality Factors
The quality of jadeite is based upon the factors of colour, translucency, texture, and imperfections. The colour green is the most highly sought after, with lavender being a close second. The transparency of Jade will range from opaque to semi-translucent and it's texture from course to very fine. Translucent material with a fine grain will have the most value.
Clarity Score
Clarity score is a grading system unique to MAYS GEMS. Its inception is to assist our customers gauge the clarity of a specific jadeite product which may not be notable through photographs. The scoring system takes into consideration some of the quality factors such as translucency, texture, inclusions, and imperfections. Scores are based on a scale of 1 - 10. With 10 being the perfect score. Each bangle is carefully inspected by our gemologist and gem experts to ascertain the clarity score.
Jadeite Grades
Jadeite like other valuable gemstone can be treated to make low quality material appear high quality. These treatment are used to fool unsuspecting buyers into what may seem like a good deal. Treated jade are low in value and can have durability issues. These treatments are categorised into grades or types. All our Jadeite products are Grade A.
